Excellent resource!

Excellent, timely and relevant. Very useful not just for a description of advanced technologies in various states of adoption but for the analysis of the drivers causing the structural changes in the oil & gas industry and some deep reflections on the relative ease of adoption that only someone with significant experience in the industry could bring. One of the most useful sections was the ranking of the maturity of the various technologies and their applicability to oil & gas. Enough detail to explain the impacts but leaves the reader with a sense of where to focus future reading. Very helpfully puts different developments into a larger context and explains how they reinforce and relate to each other. Also useful was the authors’ take on which parts of the industry are more likely to be fast adopters and why. Views are my own.
